About The Co-Founders

John is a CIMSPA-certified Personal Trainer and Head Coach at BodyProjectYou, with a focus on sustainable weight loss, muscle building, and strength & conditioning.
Having once weighed over 100kg, he understands what it’s like to feel stuck and overwhelmed by conflicting advice. Once he figured out how to stop yo-yo dieting and maintain the physique he wanted, he knew he had to help others do the same.
His mission is to simplify fitness, cut through the confusion, and help clients finally build a body and lifestyle they can maintain for life. John’s coaching is all about structure, consistency, and personalisation so results aren’t just possible, they’re inevitable.

Shushanik is driven to create a world-class coaching experience through BodyProjectYou. She approaches body transformations through the lens of strategy and empathy.
Unlike many coaches who build programs for people already like them, she brings a marketing and research-driven mindset… spending time deeply understanding her audience through data, conversations and 1-on-1 coaching.
Having struggled with perfectionism, binge-restrict cycles, a knee injury, and chronic migraines caused by Degenerative Disc Disease, she brings both strength and softness to her coaching balancing structure with self-compassion, and consistency with real-life flexibility.

Creative Director & Program Architect
